Before reserving your next Room, Suite, or Penthouse, we recommend reviewing this guide carefully. Because many of our products are digital and printable, checking product details, sizes, formats, and compatibility before purchasing will help ensure you select the accommodations that are right for you.

BEFORE CHECK-IN

How The Paper Hotelz Works

The Paper Hotelz isn't your traditional stationery store. We've transformed planning and stationery shopping into a luxury hotel-inspired experience.

Throughout the hotel, you'll discover different Floors, Rooms, Suites, Penthouses, Wings, destinations, and specialty areas. These names help organize our products and collections while creating the signature Paper Hotelz shopping experience.

You don't need to understand every part of the hotel before shopping. Simply browse the area that interests you, select a product, review its description carefully, and proceed to checkout when you're ready.

Consider each purchase your personal reservation at The Paper Hotelz.

DIGITAL & PRINTABLE PRODUCTS

Two Terms. One Paper Hotelz Experience.

Throughout The Paper Hotelz, you may see our products described as Digital Products, Digital Downloads, Printable Products, or Printables.

These terms are used interchangeably.

Our digital and printable products are files delivered to you electronically for you to download, print, and use as a physical product.

For example, your purchase may include printable:

  • Planner pages
  • Inserts
  • Dashboards
  • Calendars
  • Trackers
  • Worksheets
  • Checklists
  • Journaling pages
  • Stationery
  • Decorative pages
  • Paper accessories
  • Other printable planning products

Once your purchase is complete, simply download your files, save them, and print them according to the instructions provided with your product.

PLEASE NOTE

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, our digital/printable products are not designed as digital planners for use on a tablet, phone, or digital planning application.

No physical product will be mailed to you when purchasing an item identified as a Digital Product, Digital Download, Printable Product, or Printable.

Think of it this way:

We provide the beautifully designed file. You bring it to life on paper.

PHYSICAL VS. DIGITAL/PRINTABLE PRODUCTS

Please pay close attention to whether a listing is for a physical product or a digital product before completing your purchase.

Digital/Printable Products

A digital/printable product is delivered electronically. Nothing will be shipped to your home.

You are purchasing access to the digital files described in the product listing.

Physical Products

Physical products are tangible items that must be packaged and shipped to you.

When The Paper Hotelz offers a physical product, the listing will clearly identify it as a physical item and provide applicable shipping information.

Important Check-In Reminder

If a listing states Digital Download, Printable, PDF, PNG, or similar wording, do not expect to receive a physical item in the mail unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Please verify the product type before checking out.

CHOOSE YOUR PLANNER SIZE

Different accommodations are available because every guest plans differently.

The size or sizes included with a product will always be identified in the individual listing.

Depending on the collection, available sizes may include:

A5

Approximately 5.8" × 8.3"

A compact planning size ideal for guests who prefer a smaller planner.

TPH SIZE

7" × 10"

Our signature Paper Hotelz planning size, offering additional writing space while remaining smaller than a full US Letter page.

US LETTER

8.5" × 11"

A full-size planning option ideal for business planning, worksheets, detailed schedules, trackers, and guests who prefer plenty of writing space.

Not every product includes every size.

Before purchasing, check the product description to confirm the exact size included with that particular product.

Purchasing a product does not automatically provide access to every size unless the listing specifically states that multiple sizes are included.

UNDERSTANDING FILE FORMATS

Different products may be delivered in different file formats.

PDF

PDF files are commonly used for:

  • Printable planner pages

  • Workbooks

  • Worksheets

  • Calendars

  • Digital planners

  • Multi-page products

PNG

PNG files are commonly used for:

  • Digital stickers

  • Decorative elements

  • Individual planner pages

  • Graphics

  • Journaling elements

ZIP

Some larger purchases may arrive in a ZIP folder containing multiple files.

The ZIP folder must be downloaded and opened or extracted before the individual files inside can be accessed.

Some digital products require a compatible application or program to use all available features.

Digital planning products may not be compatible with applications such as Goodnotes or Notability, depending on the product.

The Paper Hotelz does not guarantee that every product will work with every device, application, operating system, printer, or third-party program.

Any specific software or application requirements will be identified in the product description when applicable.

AFTER CHECK-IN

Completing Checkout

Once you've selected your accommodations, proceed to checkout and carefully review your order.

Before submitting payment, confirm:

  • Correct product

  • Correct product type

  • Correct size

  • Correct quantity

  • Correct email address

  • Any other applicable order details

Once everything looks correct, complete your purchase.

Your reservation is confirmed.

RECEIVING YOUR DIGITAL PURCHASE

For eligible digital products, your files will be made available electronically after your purchase has been successfully processed.

There is no physical shipment associated with a digital-only purchase.

Your download method may vary depending on the product and the delivery system used by The Paper Hotelz.

Follow the instructions provided after checkout or in your order/download communication.

FINDING YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION

After completing checkout, look for your order confirmation using the email address entered during checkout.

We recommend:

  • Checking your inbox

  • Checking spam or junk folders

  • Searching for “The Paper Hotelz”

  • Confirming that you entered the correct email address during checkout

  • Keeping your order confirmation for your records

Your order number may be required if you need assistance from the Concierge Desk.

ACCESSING YOUR FILES

Once your files become available:

  1. Follow the download instructions provided with your purchase.

  2. Download the files to your device.

  3. Open the file or ZIP folder as required.

  4. Confirm that the files have downloaded successfully.

  5. Save them somewhere you can easily locate later.

SAVE YOUR FILES

Don't Leave Your Luggage Behind

Once you've successfully downloaded your purchase, save your files in a permanent location.

CREATE A BACKUP

We strongly recommend creating a backup of your purchased files after downloading them.

You may choose to keep copies:

  • On your computer

  • On an external drive

  • In a personal cloud-storage account

  • On another secure personal storage device

Keeping a backup helps protect your purchase if you accidentally delete a file, replace a device, or can no longer locate the original download.

Your digital planner library deserves its own safe.
