These policies are designed to protect our guests, our products, our designs, and The Paper Hotelz brand while providing clear expectations for every purchase.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, printing, or using products from The Paper Hotelz, you agree to follow the applicable policies and terms described on this page, together with our Terms of Service and other posted store policies.

Please review these policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Thank you for respecting the hotel, your reservation, and the creativity behind every room.

DIGITAL / PRINTABLE PRODUCT POLICY

Digital and Printable Mean the Same Thing

Throughout The Paper Hotelz, the terms:

Digital Product
Digital Download
Printable Product
Printable

may be used interchangeably.

These terms refer to products that are delivered electronically for you to:

Download → Save → Print → Use as a Physical Product

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, digital/printable products are not physical products and will not be shipped to you.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

Digital/printable products are delivered electronically after your payment has been successfully processed.

Depending on the delivery method used by The Paper Hotelz, your files may be made available:

  • Immediately after checkout

  • Through a download link

  • Through an order-confirmation email

  • Through another electronic delivery method provided with your purchase

Because digital products can be accessed electronically, delivery may occur shortly after the order is completed.

Once the files have been made available to you, the order is considered electronically delivered.

PLEASE VERIFY YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE CHECKOUT

Before completing your order, you are responsible for reviewing the product description carefully.

Please confirm:

  • Product type

  • Planner size

  • File format

  • Number of pages

  • What's included

  • What's not included

  • Printing requirements

  • Any necessary cutting or assembly

  • Personal-use restrictions

  • Any product-specific instructions

Product images and mockups may include props or styling elements that are not included with the purchase.

The product description is the official guide to what is included.

DEVICE, SOFTWARE & PRINTING COMPATIBILITY

The Paper Hotelz printable products require access to equipment or software capable of downloading, opening, and printing the files provided.

Depending on the product, you may need:

  • A desktop or laptop computer

  • Internet access

  • A program capable of opening PDF files

  • A program capable of opening PNG files

  • Software capable of extracting ZIP folders

  • A compatible home printer

  • Access to a professional printing service

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their equipment, software, printer, and chosen printing service can work with the file format purchased.

The Paper Hotelz cannot guarantee compatibility with every:

  • Device

  • Operating system

  • Browser

  • Printer

  • PDF reader

  • ZIP extraction program

  • Printing service

  • Third-party software

We strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop computer for larger downloads, ZIP folders, Suites, and Penthouses.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

DIGITAL / PRINTABLE SALES ARE FINAL

Because digital/printable products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned once accessed or delivered, all digital/printable sales are considered:

FINAL SALE

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by The Paper Hotelz, digital/printable purchases are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation after delivery or access.

Please review all product details carefully before completing checkout.

NO RETURNS

Digital/printable products cannot be physically returned.

Once the file has been delivered or made available for download, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

For this reason, The Paper Hotelz does not accept returns of digital/printable products.

NO EXCHANGES

Digital/printable purchases cannot generally be exchanged for:

  • Another product

  • Another collection

  • Another planner size

  • Another Room

  • Another Suite

  • Another Penthouse

  • Store credit

Please confirm your desired product and size before purchasing.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders for digital/printable products generally cannot be cancelled after the files have been delivered, accessed, or made available for download.

Because electronic delivery may occur quickly after checkout, cancellation requests submitted after purchase may not be eligible for approval.

PURCHASING THE WRONG SIZE

Refunds or exchanges are not generally provided when a customer purchases the wrong planner size.

Before checkout, please confirm whether you are purchasing:

A5 — 5.8" × 8.3"
TPH — 7" × 10"
US Letter — 8.5" × 11"

Not every product includes every size.

The exact size included with your purchase will be stated in the individual product listing.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

Refunds are not generally provided because:

  • You changed your mind

  • You no longer want the product

  • You decided not to print the product

  • You found another product you prefer

  • You expected a physical product when the listing identified a digital/printable product

  • You did not read the complete product description

  • You purchased a product that does not fit your personal planning system

Please review the listing carefully before completing your reservation.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please Contact the Concierge and provide:

  • Your name

  • Email address used during checkout

  • Relevant order numbers

  • Product name

  • Brief explanation

Duplicate purchases are reviewed individually.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, credit, or other adjustment.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MISSING DIGITAL FILES

We want you to receive the product you purchased.

If your downloaded file is genuinely:

  • Corrupted

  • Incomplete

  • Missing an advertised page

  • Missing an advertised file

  • Incorrectly delivered

  • Different from the product purchased

Please Contact the Concierge.

Before contacting us, we recommend:

  1. Confirming the download completed successfully.

  2. Extracting all ZIP folders.

  3. Checking all folders and PDFs included with the purchase.

  4. Reviewing the product description to confirm what should be included.

  5. Attempting the download on a desktop or laptop computer when appropriate.

If the issue appears to be with the original file supplied by The Paper Hotelz, we will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.

Possible resolutions may include correcting the file, replacing a missing file, or restoring access where appropriate.

A defective-file request does not automatically result in a refund.

PRINTING ISSUES ARE NOT DIGITAL-FILE DEFECTS

A digital/printable file is not considered defective solely because of problems caused by:

  • Printer settings

  • Printer limitations

  • Ink or toner

  • Paper choice

  • Scaling

  • Fit-to-page settings

  • Color differences

  • Cutting errors

  • Punching errors

  • Third-party printing services

  • Device limitations

  • Software incompatibility unrelated to the original file

  • User modifications

PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

Your Reservation Is for You

Unless otherwise specifically stated in the product listing, all Paper Hotelz digital/printable products are sold with a:

PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

This means your purchase is intended for your own personal planning, organization, journaling, or similar non-commercial use.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design or intellectual property.

WHAT PERSONAL USE ALLOWS

Subject to the individual product terms, you may generally:

  • Download your purchased files
  • Save a personal backup
  • Print copies for your own personal use
  • Place printed pages in your personal planner
  • Reprint personal-use pages when needed
  • Organize your purchased files for your own use

NO RESALE

You may not resell Paper Hotelz products in digital or printed form.

This includes selling:

  • Original digital files
  • Copies of digital files
  • Printed planner pages
  • Printed dashboards
  • Printed inserts
  • Printed worksheets
  • Printed trackers
  • Printed stickers
  • Printed decorative elements
  • Completed planners containing reproduced Paper Hotelz pages
  • Bundles containing Paper Hotelz designs

Unless a separate commercial license is expressly provided, resale is prohibited.

NO REDISTRIBUTION

You may not redistribute Paper Hotelz files.

This includes:

  • Giving files away
  • Emailing files to another person
  • Sending files by text or messaging app
  • Posting files in private or public groups
  • Uploading files to shared drives
  • Including files in membership programs
  • Including files in subscription services
  • Distributing files to customers, employees, clients, students, or members

Each guest must purchase their own reservation.

NO SHARING

Your purchase and download link are for your use only.

Please do not share:

  • Download links
  • PDF files
  • PNG files
  • ZIP files
  • Printable files
  • Passwords or account access used to obtain files

Please don't share your room key.

NO COMMERCIAL REPRODUCTION

You may not reproduce Paper Hotelz designs for commercial sale or business distribution.

You may not use our designs to create products for:

  • Sale
  • Resale
  • Client delivery
  • Customer gifts distributed as part of a business service
  • Paid memberships
  • Subscription boxes
  • Commercial planner products
  • Print-on-demand products
  • Wholesale products
  • Promotional merchandise

unless The Paper Hotelz has provided express written permission or a specific commercial license.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Designs Remain Ours

All original Paper Hotelz designs, layouts, illustrations, artwork, branding, product concepts, written content, graphics, and other creative materials remain the intellectual property of The Paper Hotelz and/or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it according to the license provided.

It does not transfer:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark rights
  • Ownership
  • Design rights
  • Intellectual-property rights
  • Commercial-use rights

NO COPYING

Paper Hotelz designs may not be copied, recreated, duplicated, traced, extracted, or reproduced for unauthorized purposes.

This includes copying:

  • Page layouts
  • Graphics
  • Illustrations
  • Product designs
  • Branding elements
  • Collection concepts
  • Written content
  • Decorative elements

for resale, redistribution, or commercial use.

NO FILE-SHARING WEBSITES

You may not upload Paper Hotelz files to:

  • Public file-sharing websites
  • Download websites
  • Shared Google Drive folders
  • Shared Dropbox folders
  • Public cloud-storage folders
  • Facebook groups
  • Online forums
  • Membership libraries
  • Telegram groups
  • Discord servers
  • Peer-to-peer networks
  • Other shared distribution platforms

Your private backup storage should remain private and accessible only by you.

DO NOT CLAIM OUR WORK AS YOUR OWN

You may not claim that you:

  • Created Paper Hotelz designs
  • Illustrated Paper Hotelz artwork
  • Designed Paper Hotelz layouts
  • Own Paper Hotelz intellectual property
  • Created a modified version of our product when the underlying design remains ours

Removing branding, changing colors, adding text, cropping, or otherwise modifying a design does not transfer ownership of the original work.

NO MODIFICATION FOR RESALE

You may not modify a Paper Hotelz product and then sell, distribute, or commercially use the modified version.

Prohibited modifications for resale include:

  • Changing colors
  • Adding names
  • Adding logos
  • Rearranging elements
  • Cropping artwork
  • Removing branding
  • Combining pages with other products
  • Adding text
  • Converting file formats
  • Incorporating our designs into another planner or printable product

Modification does not create a new ownership right.

BRAND & TRADEMARK PROTECTION

Names, logos, slogans, brand elements, collection names, and other identifiers associated with The Paper Hotelz may be protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual-property rights where applicable.

The Paper Hotelz name, logo, branding, and distinctive hotel-inspired identity may not be used in a way that suggests:

  • Sponsorship
  • Partnership
  • Affiliation
  • Authorization
  • Endorsement

without permission.

DOWNLOAD POLICY

THREE-DOWNLOAD LIMIT

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, eligible digital/printable purchases are limited to:

3 DOWNLOADS

The download limit is intended to provide reasonable opportunities to access and save your purchase.

It is not intended to function as permanent cloud storage.

DOWNLOADS MAY BE COUNTED WHEN ACCESSED

Depending on the download system used, repeated download attempts or repeated clicks may count toward your available download limit.

This is especially important when downloading from:

  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • Android devices
  • Unstable internet connections

If your download appears unsuccessful, please review Download Assistance before repeatedly selecting the download link.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAVING YOUR FILES

After successfully downloading your purchase, you are responsible for:

  • Saving the original file
  • Storing it in a location you can find
  • Creating a personal backup
  • Protecting the file from loss
  • Maintaining access to your personal storage

We strongly recommend saving your files in at least two secure personal locations.

LOST OR DELETED FILES

If you accidentally delete or lose your files, first check:

  • Trash or Recycle Bin
  • Downloads folder
  • Personal backup
  • Private cloud storage
  • Original confirmation or download information

If you still have remaining download access, you may be able to download another copy.

If you have exhausted your download limit, Contact the Concierge for review.

Replacement access is not guaranteed.

DO NOT USE YOUR DOWNLOAD LINK AS STORAGE

Your download link should not be treated as permanent storage for your purchase.

Download your files promptly, verify that they open correctly, and create a backup.

Download it. Save it. Back it up.

ENFORCEMENT OF THESE POLICIES

The Paper Hotelz reserves the right to protect its products, designs, intellectual property, and business interests.

Suspected unauthorized:

  • Sharing
  • Resale
  • Distribution
  • Copying
  • Commercial use
  • Intellectual-property infringement

may result in actions permitted under applicable law and store policies.

Access to services, accounts, downloads, or future purchases may also be restricted where appropriate and legally permitted.
