DIGITAL & PRINTABLE PRODUCTS

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a digital or printable product has been purchased, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds.

This policy applies to all downloadable products, including but not limited to:

  • Digital planners

  • Printable planners and inserts

  • Planner pages and worksheets

  • Digital journals and workbooks

  • Digital stickers

  • PNG, PDF, and other downloadable files

  • Digital bundles, Rooms, Suites, and Penthouses

  • Travel Diaries and other downloadable collections

  • Any other instant-download or digital product

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, purchasing the wrong size or format, or deciding not to use the product.

PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING

Before completing your purchase, please carefully review the product description, dimensions, file type, page size, compatibility information, and included items.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the product is suitable for their intended device, software, printer, or planning system before purchasing.

Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, device, printer, paper, and printer settings. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.

DOWNLOAD OR FILE ISSUES

Although refunds are not offered, we want you to be able to enjoy the products you purchased.

If you receive a corrupted file, incorrect file, missing file, or experience a problem accessing your download, please contact The Paper Hotelz Guest Services. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or corrected file.

A replacement or corrected file does not constitute a refund or exchange.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. Duplicate or accidental purchases are non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products.

PERSONAL USE

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, products purchased from The Paper Hotelz are for personal use only.

Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for commercial distribution, uploaded to file-sharing platforms, or altered for resale.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design.

FINAL SALE

By completing your purchase from The Paper Hotelz, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and agree that all digital and printable product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
