What is The Paper Hotelz?

The Paper Hotelz is a luxury hotel-inspired planning and stationery brand designed to make shopping for planner products feel like checking into a beautiful destination.

Instead of traditional store departments, our products are organized using hotel-inspired terminology such as:

  • Rooms

  • Suites

  • Penthouses

  • Wings

  • International Hotelz

  • Villarosa Island

Our goal is to make planning feel elevated, organized, stylish, and enjoyable.

Are your products physical or digital?

The Paper Hotelz may offer both digital/printable products and physical products.

Digital/Printable Products

Digital, digital download, printable, and printable product are terms used interchangeably throughout The Paper Hotelz.

These products are delivered electronically and are intended to be:

Downloaded → Saved → Printed → Used as physical planner products

Nothing is shipped when purchasing a digital/printable product.

Physical Products

Physical products are tangible items that are packaged and shipped to you.

When a product is physical, the listing will clearly state that it is a physical item and provide applicable shipping information.

Always review the individual product description before purchasing.

What do Rooms, Suites, and Penthouses mean?

At The Paper Hotelz, our product types are organized like accommodations inside a luxury hotel.

Rooms

Rooms are individual products.

A Room is ideal when you want one specific planner product or standalone item.

Suites

Suites are collections or bundles.

Suites generally include multiple coordinating pages, products, or related items grouped together.

Penthouses

Penthouses are premium curated kits or expanded collections.

These are larger, elevated experiences designed for guests who want more than a standard Room or Suite.

The exact contents of every Room, Suite, and Penthouse are listed in the individual product description.

How do I choose the correct planner size?

Before purchasing, review the product listing to confirm which planner size or sizes are included.

The Paper Hotelz may offer:

A5

Approximately 5.8" × 8.3"

TPH Size

7" × 10"

Our signature Paper Hotelz planner size.

US Letter

8.5" × 11"

Not every product is available in every size.

We recommend measuring your current planner or checking your planner manufacturer's dimensions before purchasing.

If you're using the Paper Hotelz TPH planner system, remember that the finished page size is:

7" × 10" with 10 mushroom holes for disc binding.

ORDERS

When will I receive my order?

Digital/Printable Orders

Digital/printable purchases are delivered electronically after your payment has been successfully processed.

There is no shipping wait for a digital/printable product.

Follow the download instructions provided after checkout or through the email associated with your order.

Physical Orders

Physical products require processing and shipping.

Processing times and estimated shipping information will be listed on the individual physical-product page when applicable.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is sent to the email address used during checkout.

If you don't see it:

  1. Check your inbox.

  2. Check Spam or Junk.

  3. Check Promotions or filtered folders.

  4. Search your email for The Paper Hotelz.

  5. Confirm that you're checking the same email account used during checkout.

We recommend keeping your confirmation email and order number for your records.

If you need assistance from the Concierge Desk, you may be asked to provide your order number.

I purchased the wrong product. What should I do?

Please review all product details carefully before completing checkout.

Because digital/printable products are delivered electronically, purchases are considered final once the files have been made available.

Purchasing:

  • The wrong planner size

  • The wrong product

  • A duplicate of something you already own

  • A product that isn't compatible with your preferred planner

does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

DOWNLOADS

Where are my files?

Your digital/printable files are delivered electronically.

After checkout:

  • Follow the download instructions provided with your order.

  • Check your confirmation or download email.

  • Check your device's Downloads folder.

  • Search your computer for the product name or “The Paper Hotelz.”

We strongly recommend downloading your files using a desktop or laptop computer whenever possible.

Once downloaded, move your files into a permanent folder and create a backup.

How many times can I download my purchase?

Eligible Paper Hotelz digital/printable products are limited to a maximum of:

3 DOWNLOADS

unless a product specifically states otherwise.

Your download allowance is intended to give you reasonable opportunities to access and save your purchase.

It should not be used as permanent online file storage.

After a successful download:

Save the original file and create a backup immediately.

Repeated clicks or download attempts may count toward your download limit, particularly when using a mobile device.

Why won't my file open?

There are several possible reasons.

Before contacting Guest Services:

  1. Make sure the download finished completely.

  2. Confirm the file type.

  3. Save the file before trying to open it.

  4. Make sure you have compatible software for PDFs or images.

  5. If the file is a ZIP folder, extract it first.

  6. Re-download the file if necessary.

  7. Try using a desktop or laptop computer.

If the file still won't open after these steps, please visit Download Assistance.

If the problem continues, Contact the Concierge with your order number and a screenshot of any error message.

PRINTING

Can I print my purchase at home?

Yes.

Paper Hotelz digital/printable products are specifically designed to be downloaded and printed.

You may print at home using a compatible printer and appropriate paper.

Before printing your entire product, always print one test page.

Check:

  • Size

  • Scale

  • Orientation

  • Margins

  • Color

  • Print quality

  • Punching space

Can I use a professional print shop?

Yes.

You may use a professional printing service to print your Paper Hotelz purchase for your personal use.

Provide the printer with the original downloaded file, not a screenshot or product preview.

Tell them the finished page size you need.

For example:

A5: 5.8" × 8.3"
TPH: 7" × 10"
US Letter: 8.5" × 11"

For TPH disc-bound pages, let the printer know the finished page uses 10 mushroom holes if you're requesting punching services.

Always ask to see one sample before approving a large print order.

What paper should I use?

The best paper depends on the type of product and your personal preference.

For everyday planner inserts, we recommend a smooth paper with:

  • Good opacity

  • Minimal bleed-through

  • Comfortable writing surface

  • Good color reproduction

  • Appropriate thickness for your planner

For dashboards, covers, or dividers, you may prefer heavier paper or cardstock.

For printable stickers, use printer-compatible sticker paper.

Always confirm that your printer supports the weight and type of paper you choose.

Can I resize the pages?

We do not recommend changing the size of your Paper Hotelz printable files unless the individual product specifically says resizing is permitted.

Resizing can affect:

  • Margins

  • Page proportions

  • Hole-punch placement

  • Design alignment

  • Double-sided printing

  • Text size

  • Finished appearance

If you purchase TPH Size, the finished page is designed to measure:

7" × 10"

If you need a different size, purchase the version specifically created for that planner size when available.

What printer settings should I use?

For most planner pages, begin by checking:

Scale

Actual Size or 100%

Orientation

Portrait or landscape based on the individual design.

Color

Select Color for full-color products.

Quality

Standard, High, or Best depending on your desired result.

Double-Sided

Use duplex printing only when appropriate for the product.

Fit to Page

Use with caution because it may change the intended dimensions.

Always use Print Preview and print one test page before printing the complete product.

HOTEL POLICIES

Can I return a digital/printable product?

Digital/printable products are not eligible for returns because the product is delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned once accessed.

Please review the product description, size, contents, and file type carefully before purchasing.

If there is an actual problem with the file provided, Contact the Concierge for assistance.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital/printable purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically provided under The Paper Hotelz Hotel Policies.

Refunds are not generally provided for:

  • Changing your mind

  • Purchasing the wrong size

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Not reading the product description

  • Printer problems

  • Third-party printing errors

  • Device or software issues unrelated to the original file

If you believe you received an incorrect or defective file, Contact the Concierge.

Can I share my files?

No.

Your Paper Hotelz purchase is licensed for your personal use.

Please do not:

  • Email files to friends

  • Send files through text messages

  • Upload files to shared drives

  • Post files in Facebook groups

  • Share them in online communities

  • Upload them to file-sharing websites

  • Share your download link

Each guest must purchase their own reservation.

Please don't share your room key.

Can I resell printed Paper Hotelz pages?

No.

Unless a product specifically includes a commercial license, Paper Hotelz products are for personal use only.

You may not print our designs and sell:

  • Planner pages

  • Inserts

  • Dashboards

  • Worksheets

  • Trackers

  • Stickers

  • Completed planners containing reproduced Paper Hotelz pages

  • Other products made from our printable designs

Purchasing the file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design.

Can I use Paper Hotelz designs commercially?

No, unless the specific product expressly includes commercial-use rights.

Standard Paper Hotelz purchases are licensed for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell the digital files

  • Sell printed copies

  • Use the designs inside products for sale

  • Alter the designs and resell them

  • Use artwork as your own branding

  • Upload the designs to print-on-demand platforms

  • Distribute the files to customers, clients, employees, or members

  • Claim Paper Hotelz designs as your own
