Digital and Printable Products
Digital and printable products are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated in the product description. No physical product will be shipped when a listing is specifically identified as a digital or downloadable product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have compatible devices, software, applications, printers, materials, and other equipment necessary to access, download, print, or use purchased digital products.
Printing results may vary based on the printer, ink, paper, print settings, scaling, cutting method, and other materials or equipment used by the customer.
Product Availability and Changes

These references do not represent or constitute the purchase, reservation, booking, or provision of actual hotel accommodations, resort accommodations, transportation, travel arrangements, real estate, timeshares, vacation packages, or other travel or hospitality services.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, products sold as digital or printable products are delivered electronically. **No physical product will be shipped** for a digital-only purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product description before purchasing, including file format, dimensions, page size, compatibility, and included content.
SECTION 4 - DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Because digital products may be made available for download or access shortly after payment, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible once a digital order has been processed or digital content has been delivered or accessed, subject to applicable law.

Because digital and printable products cannot be physically returned once delivered or made available for download, **all digital and printable product sales are final**.

The Paper Hotelz is not responsible for incompatibility resulting from a customer's device, third-party software, printer, operating system, or application when compatibility requirements were disclosed in the product description.
We may provide reasonable assistance with file-access issues but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, application, printer, or third-party platform.

Digital colors may appear differently depending on your computer, tablet, phone, monitor, printer, ink, paper, and individual display or print settings.
Minor differences in color, scale, margins, or print appearance resulting from equipment or settings are not considered product defects.
