While Signature Rooms feature individual products and Royal Suites bring coordinating products together into collections and bundles, Presidential Penthouses are reserved for our most exclusive, premium, collectible, and specially curated offerings.

WEST WING PRESIDENTIAL PENTHOUSE — SPECIAL COLLECTIBLES
Take the private elevator to the top of the West Wing for a different Penthouse experience. This destination is home to The Paper Hotelz Special Collectibles.

SPECIAL & LIMITED RELEASES
Penthouse availability may be more exclusive than other accommodations. Certain products may be released in limited quantities, special editions, seasonal drops, commemorative collections, or for a limited stay.
Once a limited Penthouse offering checks out, it may not return.

Some Presidential Penthouse accommodations may bring multiple premium products together into an elevated curated set. These offerings go beyond a traditional Royal Suite by focusing on exclusivity, presentation, specialty pieces, and the complete luxury experience.
